4 bedroomed appartment on the 2nd floor with fantastic views of the mountains and river. Each bedroom has either 2 singles or a double bed, en-suite shower room, air conditioning/heating units and beautiful views. Private fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Private access to zen garden at the rear of the property with decking and hot tub. Across the road is a garden with bar, terrace, barbecue area and private access to the river for wild swimming.

Zen garden with hot tub is for guests private use. The large front garden with bar, terrace and barbecue is for guests sole use but owners will have access for maintenance purposes (garden upkeep and watering etc).

We live in the 1st floor appartment and are available for any help and advice during your stay.

There is free parking next to the property. A car is advisable.

The property is situated on the route de vins and Chemin des Cathars. The back zen garden and hot tob is accessed directly from the apartment and is for guests sole use. The front garden with bar, terrace, barbecue and river is accessed across a road. The garden area is fenced and gated, however children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Not suitable for very young children or people with restricted mobility.
